I am currently trying to lose weight. My food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner are Weight Watchers Smart Ones and Lean Cuisine frozen meals. Alternative to breakfast is Cream of Wheat or Malt O Meal Creamy Hot Wheat. Snacks will typically be fruit like a banana, apple, orange, pear etc.
I am going to Planet Fitness to exercise and I am using the Noom Coach android app to log my meals, exercise and weight loss. Every time the app asks me to weigh in, I will add that weigh in number here.
