Since the housing market crashed, people have been buying up real estate like crazy.  Investors and flippers are buying them cheap then selling them higher.  It would be crazy to not to take advantage.

Check out the West palm beach luxury real estate website where you can search houses based on your price range and area.  You can even look at the maps to see where you are buying the house.  Hint, the maps one is easier.

By using the maps, I found hundreds of 3 bedroom townhouses for $50,000 and up and they are almost right on the beach.  I mean, you cannot beat that price that close to any beach in this country and you would be crazy to think otherwise.

Heck, I’m even thinking of moving to West Palm beach Florida now lol.
