I bought these 3 diamond paintings from Michael’s for my birthday. The Sunflower Bouquet diamond painting didn’t include the DMC color numbers in the chart on the sides of the canvas, but the Mushrooms and Rainbow Surfboards diamond painting did include that. Actually, the Mushrooms has it printed on the sides of the canvas, but not the rainbow surfboards because there were no sides because it came with a frame, instead it came with a long piece of paper with the color numbers, codes and DMC numbers.
I went online looking for the DMC color numbers for the Sunflower Bouquet and someone said that Make Market doesn’t include DMC numbers, but as I said, the mushrooms and rainbow surfboards have them included. Perhaps their old diamond paintings didn’t include them, but they are included now, or maybe vice versa. Who knows.
I contacted Michael’s a few days ago and they finally responded this morning with the chart, so I took a screenshot and here it is if you are looking for it.
I actually bought this ARTDOT color card for diamond paintings from Amazon and I held all of the diamond drills up to the diamond drills that are glued to the chart, and I was correct with all but 3. I was quite surprised how accurate it was when Michael’s sent me that email this morning and I went over the numbers I typed out and saw I was correct, besides the 3 that I got wrong.
I will benefit from this chart when I have diamond drills that fell out of the container and onto my desk, or when they fall onto the floor and don’t know where they go. Also, I have extra diamond drills from past diamond paintings that don’t actually match the other ones I have from other diamond paintings with the same DMC numbers. So this will help me determine the correct DMC numbers so I can relabel the containers. I believe there are 4 colors where I have 2 containers with the same number, but the colors are not the same shade. These came from either Amazon or Temu.
So I finished the Rainbow Surfboards diamond painting, and here it is on my bedroom wall with the frame. I actually love this frame and would like to buy more frames for the other diamond paintings that I have, rather than having them framed, which can become quite expensive.
I think these are an excellent way to decorate your walls. I don’t have much on my walls, so these diamond paintings will be very nice to look at.
I finished making this “Sunflower Bouquet” Diamond painting by Make Market from Michaels. It took me almost 3 weeks to make starting on June 19, 2025 and finishing on July 8, 2025. I took 2 pictures, one on my bed last night in very poor lighting with a flash, then again this morning on the sidewalk in the sun. I am very happy with this and I can’t wait to see it hanging in my bedroom. I bought a wooden magnetic frame on Amazon which will be here next week on July 16.

I don’t know exactly how long diamond painting has been a thing, but I’ve avoided it because holy cow, I have way too many crafts already that I just don’t really want MORE craft supplies taking up space in my bedroom. It’s already overwhelming with all the plastic lanyard, yarn, a huge box of plastic canvas, drawers and drawers of cardstock for my box cards and all of the many things I need to make the box cards look cool, like inks and rhinestones and whatever else lol. I have a lot of things taking up so much space in my room, I just didn’t want to add to it.
So I was watching TikTok and some videos about diamond painting started appearing on my FYP, and I sat there watching them the whole way through, because they were interesting to watch. But then more videos started appearing, and live creators were making these live on TikTok, and suddenly my FYP started changing to mostly diamond paintings. Oops.
Someone had a diamond painting with the Starry Sky painting with the TARDIS from Doctor Who, so that got me really interested, because I had assumed they only came in whatever you found at the craft store. I didn’t realize they had so many different images to choose from. So I bought this one from Amazon and made it, and this is what it looks like after I added all the diamond drills.
You tend to lose a lot of details when they are as small as this. This particular one is 12″ x 12″, which I discovered is actually the size of the actual canvas, and not the image. The actual image is more like 11.8″ x 11.8″. Which is fine because I think how it works is you buy the 12×12 frame and it has one of those borders that covers up the outside of the canvas, so you’ll see the actual image you made with the diamonds.
I bought this and another on Amazon and then I found some on Temu, because of course I did lol. I found another one similar to this, but much bigger. This is the image, but I won’t know how the end product looks until I make it.
I really do like this, and it is relaxing. However, it is frustrating because no matter how hard I try, I just cannot get the diamond drills in the actual spot they are meant to go on, so they start looking crooked and the diamond drills are all over the place and look like I just slapped it together in a hurry. I have a tool that I bought that has a thing that you can slide through between the diamond drills that’s supposed to keep adjusting them so they are straight, or more uniform, but that doesn’t actually work too well. You move them and they move right back.
I was watching another video on TikTok and this person had this stainless steel alignment ruler that you lay on the canvas and you put your diamond drills on, and it puts them in the exact place you need them to be, and they don’t move when you remove the stainless steel alignment ruler.
The entire left side of this new diamond painting called the Tree of Life that I started making that goes all the way to the top, I did that without the tool, because I saw the TikTok video after I did all that. So the right side that doesn’t go all the way to the top was made with the stainless steel alignment ruler which is to the right of that, if you can see it. If you are able to zoom in, you will notice a huge difference in how uniform they are in the new section with the metal tool as opposed to how wonky they are on the left side.
I couldn’t justify removing all those diamond drills on the left that I made before I got the new alignment ruler because to be honest, you won’t really notice it when the entire diamond painting is finished. You’ll probably only notice because I told you. The canvas of this diamond painting is going to be 35.4″ wide by 12″ high, but the actual painting will be determined when I finish because the Amazon listing did not specify the actual image size, only the canvas size. But this is what the image is on the listing.
So what I discovered is this is really relaxing because I am so focused on this and not on anything else. All my tics mostly disappear, and I lose myself in the art work. I can relax and just lose myself for a few hours or whatever amount of time I decide to spend before my neck or back starts to hurt. I usually have either music or a YouTube video playing on the TV that I’m kind of paying attention to, but not really lol.
And of course the tools they include in the painting kit are ok, but you really want to buy some other tools. For example, I’ve learned you want to buy the little release paper sheets to cover the sticky parts rather than have a long thin piece of plastic hanging off the canvas. It reveals small sections to work on so the sticky parts don’t start getting dust and hair on them before they get the diamond drills. You’ll want a new pen tool with the different attachments that screw on that give you the ability to pick up 1 diamond drill at a time, or 2, on one end, and then whatever amount up to 10 on the other end. I haven’t had so much luck with picking up too many because they are never close together when I pick them up, or the wax is stuck inside, so I only get half of what I was trying to pick up. It’s a learning process. It’s also relaxing to just do 1 at a time. It takes longer though lol.
This wonderful stainless steel alignment tool. Oh and they give you these little ziplock bags that are supposed to hold the diamond drills, but I’m told they will add a lot of static to the diamond drills. I bought a diamond painting storage container that has all these little boxes that are very similar to tic tac boxes. You add the diamond drills and add a sticker to the top with the DMC number on it, and it keeps them all together and safe in the organizer box.
I had so many diamond drills leftover from the Mysterious Starry Sky painting with the TARDIS that I am just keeping them in their containers, so when I opened all the diamond drill bags for the Tree of Life I’m making now, I’ve pretty much used most of all the rest of the containers. I think I need to buy another box of these containers before I start making more paintings.
Oh and one thing that is really helpful is to have a light box under the painting, because it allows you to see everything much easier. Not just the numbers or letters or symbols, but you can also see the mistakes you’ve made so you can fix them. Amazon has this TOHETO A4 Light Board for Diamond Painting that is 14″ x 10″ for only $20. I have a Cricut Bright Pad that costs $70 on Amazon. I actually got this for free at Michaels when I got my first Cricut. It’s been collecting dust for more than 5 years. I haven’t had a reason to use this until now.
I’m sure there are more tools that I don’t know about yet, but I’ll continue researching products. This is a cool new craft that will actually add something nice to the walls of my bedroom when I finish.

In my previous blog post, I talked about my tics. To be frank, I think people thought I was tweaking, like I was on drugs, because if I saw someone walking around constantly moving their head the way I was, I would definitely say that guy is on something. And I did see many people look at me like they might call the security guard until they realize I’m actually somewhat normal, just someone with tics.
In my previous post I said Music calms the tics. I started listening to music and sitting still like I was meditating. I closed my eyes and relaxed and just listened to the music. Well, it did a lot of calming and I did manage to calm that particular troublesome tic by a lot, however, it wasn’t completely gone. When I caught myself, I would straighten my head out and just say stop, sometimes out loud.
Enchanted Cottage here in Bakersfield had a craft faire on March 22nd, and I NEEDED to get rid of that tic because the last thing I needed was to be sitting at my booth looking like an absolute tweaker. So I worked hard on stopping. The day of the craft faire, I believe it slipped out a few times, but I sat at my table, and I was so distracted by all the people who were there either as vendors or customers that I hardly even noticed if I even did it. I mean, I usually always know that I’m doing it when I’m doing it, and I was able to stop myself before it got bad, and I’d make it look like I was cracking my neck or something lol.
So here I am sitting at my booth with all my buttons in bowls and button box sets in the wooden displays and bracelets in the middle. I even had my keychains on the table in the very front on both sides. I also had all my box cards in a box under the table because there wasn’t really any room for them. I did mention them to people. I let them see the pictures in my catalog and I even brought out a couple to show how they look. People really liked my booth and I had a really good time.
Ok so getting back to the tics lol. If you have tics, you know they either evolve, or they change to something else, and if you see sometime else with tics, you’ll probably adopt their tic. Well, they changed to eye blinking, but also the neck thing occasionally. It’s back and forth. I’ve had this issue all my life and I’m about to turn 55 and I just don’t see them going away any time soon, beyond a miracle. I just have to deal with it and people have to deal with the fact that some people have Tourette syndrome in many different forms, and there’s nothing they or anyone else can do to change it.
I’ve been listening to the music I listened to as a teenager. Recently I’ve been listening to the Chicago 17 album on Google music, which I haven’t listened to since the 80’s, and shockingly, I remember all the lyrics, even the ones I thought were something else lol. After that album ends, a playlist will start with all of the hits from the 80’s in the same genre, which is cool because it really brings me back in time. That music seems to calm me down a bit more than anything recent, probably because it’s mostly ballads.
Ok, so I just wanted to give an update on my progress. It isn’t going to go away, like ever, but I’ll always hope it’s something not too noticeable to make me look too strange.
Well, another year has passed. I can’t believe time seems to be moving a bit faster every year for me. It seems like 2024 would still have another 6 months left, but no, it’s almost finished. 1 more day.
What have I accomplished in a year? Well, my Etsy shop was very busy this year, busier every month this year since I started. Mainly due to a single item though. A simple friendship bracelet.
I added a listing for lesbian friendship bracelets with the same designs I have for my rainbow friendship bracelets, but I used the lesbian pride flag colors. I also did the bear flag colors and that wasn’t as popular as the lesbian. So this is the bracelet that someone wanted. They sent me a message asking me if I could make this bracelet and they took a screenshot from the Disney+ show Agatha All Along. I said let me see if I can do it and I opened up my friendship bracelet designer program on my computer and figured it out. Of course I did have to Google the design and I found it right away. I just had to change the colors to these specific colors which are the lesbian pride flag colors.
After I sent this bracelet off to this person, I decided to add it to my lesbian pride flag friendship bracelet listing and wouldn’t you know it? Some other people did a search for Agatha all along friendship bracelet and they found it and they bought it and so many people wanted this bracelet. I added three sizes so that it could accommodate small, medium and large.
Two people from Germany bought one (each) and someone in Norway bought one and someone in Ireland wanted to buy it, but they couldn’t afford the shipping from the United States. I got sales on this bracelet in many states and after making it so many times, sometimes everyday, I had to remove the item from my listing because I was in agony. These bracelets take time to make and they take a toll on my hands and my back.
I will eventually make up a whole bunch of bracelets for that listing and I’ll make a whole bunch of the Agatha bracelet as well because I know people will want it again. And I’ve already bought the string for it and have cut it and it’s all ready to go, I just have to start working on them. But I need a break because I’ve been working my fingers to the bone on crafts this whole year, and my hands are about ready to fall off. Not really, but you know, jokingly.
So other things that I’ve been working on are Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas box cards as well as a Christmas Advent calendar and also I’ve been knitting Christmas stockings.
The Advent calendar went to my cousin for his son and of course the whole family could enjoy it because I filled it with so much candy LOL. The Advent calendar is from SVGcuts and the fireplace box card that you see on the left side is actually from simply crafty svgs. And then there are two Christmas friendship bracelets in the front that come from an Etsy shop called The One Eyed Artist.
The Norwegian Christmas stockings are from Arne and Carlos. I posted about the stockings a couple of months ago when I made them. I’m making more because I bought so much yarn that I don’t know what else I’m going to do with it other than make a ton more stockings LOL. I’ll probably be working on these until it gets too hot to work with wool yarn.
I’ve also been reading a lot more. I made it a mission to read everyday no matter what. Even if I just read one or two chapters a day, at least I’m reading. I did the Goodreads challenge this year and challenged myself to read 30 books and I exceeded that by reading 48 books. I’m still reading a book and was hoping to finish it to make my Goodreads challenge 49 books, but I don’t think I’m going to make it.
There is one book that I have that I would like to read. That is the entire Wizard of Oz story, but it’s all one book which means there are 15 books that will count as one book unless I decide to add the books individually on Goodreads as I read them. It will most likely take me forever to read it because this one collection in one book is over 2,000 pages and I think I’m going to need to read it in stages lol. So I will add each individual book to Goodreads as I read them.
I have a lot of other books in my Kindle library to read, so I have no shortage of books to keep myself busy with. I also have a lot of books in my Nook that I can read as well.
I’m not doing the New Year’s resolution thing because I think that’s stupid. Especially when a lot of times people never follow through with it. They always say I’m going to start losing weight and I’m going to go to the gym and then they never do and they end up gaining weight. I’d rather just do it if I’m going to do it. I did lose 75 lb in 2023 with ozempic, and then it stopped on Thanksgiving Day and 15lbs have come back on gradually, but I’m still doing ozempic and I’m still trying and I’m doing my best despite the constant junk food being put in my face and constantly being asked if I want to go to fast food places. I have the ability to say no, but I don’t seem to be doing that very well. So that’s something I have to work on.
I am having heart issues because apparently my pulse is too slow. It was 41 the other day at the doctor’s office and they’re sending me to a cardiologist. I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about. I checked my Fitbit watch and my pulse seems to be around 100, but then I checked my pulse on my blood pressure machine and it’s around 40 something to 50 something. So, I guess my fitbit is not really telling me my true pulse rate. I’ll see what happens.
Well, Happy New Year and let’s hope that this year is a good year.
My motivation for buying this was because of my experience with my PlayStation 4 overheating. This will suck the hot air away from the PlayStation from the bottom and push the hot air out through the back of the charging station.
It will also allow me to charge my controller in the same station so I won’t have it sitting around with a charging cable. It will also charge my controller(s) to full in 2.5 hours and it has overcharge protection. Of course I’ll most likely only have 1 game controller… For now lol.
It also has a charging hub in the front to allow me to charge additional devices. I’m hoping it will also work for media transfer, because you plug the charging station into the PlayStation 5 via USB cable. I’ll find out when it arrives, and I’ll update this if yea or nay.
I quit smoking in 1996 because I was trying to be healthy, and I was just getting tired of smoking. I discovered food tasted so much better and I traded one bad habit for another and literally gained 50lbs in the first 2 months, which is the reason so many people won’t quit smoking. Gradually over time the weight went up, and now I am more than 100lbs overweight.
I have tried losing weight in the past and I have logged it here in my blog. I did the Noom app and ate Weight Watchers Smart Ones and one year I lost 70 lb in 6 months. That didn’t last and the weight went up eventually and I gained it all back and then some. I think the problem then was I had lost my motivation because I stopped losing weight and it didn’t seem to want to drop anymore. I just went back to regular eating and eventually overeating again.
In late April we went to the clinic and met our new doctor. She saw from my medical history that my blood sugar has been high and I showed her the “True Manager Air” log for my True Metrix blood sugar gadget and the highs were pretty much 180 to 200 daily. I take a medication called Trijardy for blood sugar because at one point it was in the 500’s. The Trijardy has helped bring it down, but it was still too high. She suggested trying something new.
She told me about a medicine that I can inject into my stomach that will trick my brain into thinking I’m not hungry which will make me eat less and some foods might make me physically sick or give me nausea. I said sure, sounds great. It took a while getting it because the insurance wouldn’t pay for Monjaro, so she changed it to Ozempic.
We went back to the doctor for my follow up appointment which was supposed to be after taking it for a month, but because it was difficult to get the medicine, the follow up was after 3 weeks instead.
Y’all! I cannot even begin to tell you how happy and excited this doctor was for me that I had lost 14lbs after just 3 weeks. She was more excited for me than I was. I really love her. I hope she will be my doctor for a long time. I hate that this clinic goes through doctors like TicTacs.
So she had me on .25 mg to start me out and after she saw I had lost weight, she changed the dose to .5mg. I am wondering if I have not gotten a lot of the side effects on the .25 mg that I might get the side effects from the .5 mg, maybe even more so. Not looking forward to that.
She told me the side effects could be nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and I forget what else. I can handle constipation and diarrhea because I’ve been dealing with that for a long time anyway. I hate vomiting, but I won’t vomit if I don’t overeat. I don’t mind the nausea because the nausea will tell me hey, maybe don’t eat that. We were actually walking through the grocery store in the bakery department, and something, I don’t know what it was, made me feel so sick to my stomach and I almost retched right there in the store. I couldn’t get away fast enough from that smell. I hope it wasn’t something that I loved.
So, in the past 3 weeks that I’ve been on this Ozempic, I have actually not been very hungry. I’m only eating lunch and dinner because I know I have to eat. So it really does trick my brain into thinking that I’m not hungry. Today we decided to go to Taco Bell and one taco literally filled my stomach. I couldn’t eat another bite after that. Which is great because it was only 170 calories.
I’m eating the Weight Watchers Smart Ones frozen dinners again and I’m snacking on low-fat string cheese and I told the doctor that and she said that’s great. Keep doing that if that’s what works for you. We also buy bags of frozen vegetables from Aldi. They don’t have a lot of calories and they will fill me up and the fiber from the vegetables is probably going to help me with the constipation issues lol. At least I think that’s how vegetables work. I’m not sure.
So the doctor told me that some people have lost over 100lbs taking this medicine and that’s great because I am 100 lb overweight. I was 115 lbs overweight, but now I’m only 100 lb overweight. I don’t expect to get back down to 150 which is what I used to weigh because I have built muscle over the years since I used to weigh 150 lb, but I would like to get back down to at least 160lbs if that’s even possible.
I just can’t stand this weight anymore. It’s like carrying around a child and I don’t even have children. Not being hungry all the time will definitely help me lose weight. The method for which getting this medicine into my body is injecting it into my stomach once a week. The needle is so tiny it doesn’t even hurt, I don’t even feel it. I have to press it into my stomach while pinching my skin (and fat lol) and press the button on the pen to make the medicine go into my stomach, and then I have to wait I think she told me 10 seconds, but I can’t remember so I hold it in for 30 seconds just in case. They said to hold it in for a little bit longer just to make sure that all of the medicine gets inside my body.
Suddenly I finally have motivation to lose weight and continue trying to lose weight until it’s all gone because I have something that will make me not feel hungry all the time. And that’s my problem. I’m hungry literally all the time. We will go to a restaurant and I will come home stuffed and literally an hour later I’m hungry again. I don’t like being hungry all the time. My stomach must have expanded so much that it needs more and more food. By not eating so much food all the time, my stomach will shrink down and I will get full faster by eating normal portions. Once that happens and I’ve lost enough weight, then I will be able to continue living my life and eating like a normal person and be full a lot faster than I do now.
So, I was 265 lbs in April when she first weighed me and as of this writing I weigh 248 lbs. I would like to get down to 160 lbs at least. My blood sugar like I said before was between 180 and 200 and today it was 105. Normal is between 80 and 120.
So my weight loss story will continue and I will update my progress.
Update 7/27/2023: I’ve lost 50lbs total. I’m working on a video and have updated the video.
I made this blanket for my Aunt several years ago. I found the pattern from a website called Two Magic Pixels. I wrote a blog post about it.
I learned to crochet when I was no longer homeless when I turned 18 years old. Never in my life did I think I would ever make anything like this.
The last few nights I have been going through Two Magic Pixels patterns because I wanted to make another blanket for myself. Last night I went to log in to my account on their website, but I didn’t have my password available, so I clicked “forgot password” and it asked for my email address to send me a link to reset my password, but it said we don’t have an account with that email address. I had only bought a few patterns, and I know I have them on my computer, so I thought ok, that’s fine. I’ll just create a new account. When I did, it said we actually found the patterns you have bought because you used that same email address to buy patterns using Paypal. So yay for me lol.
I bought these 3 patterns and they are all in my account, although I only made the Betty Boop 007 blanket. I bought the Mini Spiderman and Mini Superman patterns because I thought they were cute and I thought I would make them, but I never did. I am considering buying a different pattern to make for myself though. I’m thinking more of a rainbow pattern or something abstract, but I do know I want to buy it from Two Magic Pixels again because they have some really cool patterns. There are a few others I would like to make, like a Buddha or a Star Trek pattern, maybe the Scooby Doo pattern lol. I just cannot commit to one.
They have so many patterns and it’s really hard to pick just one pattern. The reason I have to choose is because it took me a month to make the Betty Boop 007 blanket and it cost me $60 for all the yarn. Not to mention the fact that I have carpal tunnel syndrome, so I can only make 1 blanket, and then I won’t be able to make another one for a very long time.
I really like the rainbow flower one because it reminds me of when I was a kid in the 70’s. I can also use that as a backdrop if I decide I want to continue making videos for my YouTube channel, then I’ll have something fun to look at.
People commented in my Betty Boop videos that they wanted me to teach them to crochet like that and I’ve told them that they should go to the same channel I learned to crochet like this from, which is the crochet crowd.
Anyway, it’s a big decision because I will have to live with that pattern. I can still buy the patterns whether I make them or not, but I still want to choose one. I think I really want the rainbow flowers blanket.
I have had this game on my PlayStation 4 for probably 5 or more years, and I played it here and there over the years, but I never really got into it because I didn’t really understand the mechanics of the game.
Last month they introduced the 10 year anniversary of Skyrim and I bought it because I had played Elder Scrolls Online, and I wanted to see what Skyrim was like. It’s basically the same thing, but not an MMO.
The introduction of the 10 year anniversary of Skyrim made me decide that I wanted to at least try to play Elder Scrolls Online again to give it a chance, but my problem was I had too many quests going and I was kind of confused about what I was supposed to do. So I thought, let me go to Coldharbour and finish that quest which ended with me killing Molag Bal. Then it started Cadwell’s Silver, then Cadwell’s Gold which are basically the other factions. But I hadn’t finished my factions quests, so I went on a mission to finish that. It was all so confusing to me, but now I get it.

My website’s name Xanapus comes from a game very similar to Elder Scrolls Online called EverQuest, which I played for about 6 years. ESO is similar to EQ, but also very different. Like we had to download maps for EverQuest, Elder Scrolls Online have their own maps already in the game, and they have markers on the maps that tell you where everything is so you don’t have to guess. They also give you more information like what you have completed on that map, and it has a zone guide.
EverQuest didn’t really have a quest diary or journal like this when I was playing. You literally had to print the quests out and write on the paper to check things off on the quest list to keep track of your progress. I literally have a notebook with hundreds of pages in it lol. Elder Scrolls Online keeps track of everything for you, and even tells you what to do next. And they mark things on your compass which gives you the direction of the person you need to speak to or the item you have to loot or the direction of the place you need to go to.
One thing that I really love about Elder Scrolls online is that I can use a game controller. I wanted to use a game controller so bad with EverQuest, but I could never figure it out with game controllers that I bought for PC way back when. They just never worked for me and were a complete waste of money.
I still have EverQuest installed on my computer and I see that they have a quest Journal now. It’s a bit different from Elder Scrolls Online, but at least they have one. The map is pretty much the same as when I last played the game, but I did notice that they have more continents because they have so many more expansion packs than they used to.
Also the thing that really bothers me about EverQuest is that they disable most of your gear if you’re not paying a monthly fee. Elder Scrolls Online has a monthly fee service that allows you to play all of their expansions, but if you don’t pay for it, they don’t disable your gear. In order to play the expansions, you have to pay for them, which I honestly don’t mind. I’d rather not have a monthly fee. I bought 21000 Crowns which are normally $149.99 for $89.99 during their Christmas sale and I used the crowns to buy some expansions.
Another thing about EverQuest is that you had to buy spells, then memorize them to put them into your spell book, then you had to add the spell gems to the spell gems slots. With Elder Scrolls Online, you just buy your spells with skill points and those spells upgrade the more you add skill points to them.
And I love that I’m getting epic gear for rewards and I can upgrade those epic gear items to legendary with crafting if I had the components. In EverQuest you had to do so many quests and crafting for so many hours, days, even weeks or months to get 1 epic and it was a weapon. In ESO all my gear can be epic or legendary, not just my weapons.
Oh another thing is that the quests are always your level, no matter what level you are. In EverQuest if I went back to do a level 4 quest and I’m level 50, I don’t really get a good reward because the reward is a level 4 reward. Which makes it feel like you’ve wasted so much time. No matter what level I am in ESO, the rewards are always worth it, and if they’re not, then I can deconstruct the item to get the materials for crafting.
I’m not trying to mansplain, I’m just really excited about playing this game and I just wanted to talk about it. I don’t have anyone to talk about it because no one I know plays this game.
I stopped going to the Planet Fitness gym more than 2 years ago for various reasons. And… I’ve been paying for it all this time.
One reason is I have an overactive bladder. I would go to the bathroom before I even started exercising just so I wouldn’t have to run to the bathroom. I would get on a machine and in 5 minutes the overwhelming feeling to urinate would hit and I would have to literally run to the bathroom because I had to pee NOW. I’d go back and in 5 minutes it would come again. I would get on the treadmill and literally walking for 5 minutes and I had the urgent feeling to urinate again. It was too much.
I spoke with my doctor and she said it’s probably a urinary tract infection and to drink cranberry juice, which I absolutely hate, but I did it anyway and it didn’t do me any good.
At home I have to go to the bathroom at least 20 times in a day. That’s been going on for more than 2 years and nothing I have done has helped. Until now.
I started drinking water and the feeling to urinate has dramatically gone down. I’ve been drinking Crystal Light for many years instead of drinking soda to help with the weight loss, and I’m not positive it has helped, but I’m almost certain it has contributed to my overactive bladder and I say that because when I stopped drinking it, the problem went away.
Now that I don’t have to constantly urinate, I’m going to try going back to the gym to help me lose the weight I’m supposed to lose to get my surgery.
I got my CPAP machine from Apria Healthcare in 2019. They were sending me these filters that didn’t look like they were collecting any dust at all. When I removed the filter after two weeks it looked almost identical to the way it looked when I put it in.
I was having such a difficult time getting them to send me new supplies because they were telling me that they didn’t have the paperwork needed from my doctor. I got tired of waiting and using the same filter for almost a year because they weren’t sending me any supplies, so I went to Amazon and bought these new filters from RespLabs. I only paid $10 and it comes with 60 filters which will take me two and a half years to go through since they want me to change the filters once every two weeks.
You can see a used filter on the left side that came from Apria Healthcare, on the right side on the top is a brand new RespLabs filter and below that is after 2 weeks of using this new filter. You can tell there’s a significant difference in the amount of dust that these filters are collecting that is not going into your lungs. The filters that Apria Healthcare were sending me were just not working. Every night I could smell dust and dirt the whole night long. I don’t smell any dirt or dust with these new filters.
So if you have sleep apnea, do yourself a favor and buy these RespLab filters. Your lungs will thank you.
By the way, this filter belongs to the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet, so if that’s what you have, then this filter is for you. If you have another CPAP or BiPap machine, I’m sure they have a filter for your make and model.
